MICHAEL K. LANE

Mike has experience representing clients in a broad range of litigation disputes, including commercial contract and Chapter 93A cases, as well as claims under Massachusetts’ Wage Act and civil RICO actions. Mike’s litigation experience also extends to the area of bankruptcy law, where he routinely represents clients involved in turnover and preference actions, relief from stay efforts, and general commercial litigation within the bankruptcy forum.
Mike’s familiarity with settlement mechanisms and all stages of the litigation process, including e-discovery holds and production, depositions, trial, and appellate advocacy, helps tailor an efficient and cost-effective litigation strategy to meet each client’s individual needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike advised a financial services corporation on contract, litigation, and employment matters and also served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joyce London Alexander and the Honorable Judith Gail Dein, both of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. While at the U.S. District Court, Mike performed extensive research and writing on a wide variety of civil and criminal matters, helping resolve discovery disputes and procedural issues, as well as substantive questions of state and federal law.

PAVEL Y. BESPALKO

Attorney Pavel Bespalko practices law in affiliation with McAuliffe and Associates. Pavel is an asset to our firm and assists with a large portion of litigation with respect to litigation and dispute resolution, corporate affairs and regulatory compliance, and intellectual property law.
Pavel is the founder of Tricorne and its managing director. Pavel represents clients from Boston, New York, Russia, and other states and countries. He has over a decade of experience in all facets of in-house and law firm business practice from corporate work to litigation. Pavel's clients range from start-ups to growing companies with revenues of tens of millions of dollars.
In addition, Pavel has a keen interest in business and helping clients grow their enterprises to the next level. To this end, Pavel has recently earned an MBA degree at Global School of Business at Columbia University in New York.
Previously Pavel served as general counsel of a diversified asset management company with holdings in consumer banking, premium alcohol and insurance in Moscow, Russia. His prior work experience includes positions as senior international litigation counsel at a global aluminum conglomerate and a partner at a litigation boutique in Boston, Massachusetts.
